Errors on Web Site:
Brera Medical will seek to correct, to the best of our abilities, any discrepancy or errors in pricing or availability caused by network lag, hacking attacks, or server failures. This can include refunds of full purchase amount.

To Place Orders:
Call 888-580-1233 Monday-Friday from 8AM to 5PM (Eastern Standard Time). You can also fax orders to us at 888-580-1233.

Order Inquiries:
Please reference your customer order number (telephone number), order date and purchase order number (if any) when checking on an order. Due to high traffic and customer service calls, we may not be able to respond with an answer immediately. Please allow 24-48 hours to contact you and respond with your information. You can also email order inquiries to sales_at_breramedicalusa.com.

Returned Goods Policy:
Authorization
1. A return good authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from customer service or a sales representative for any and all returns.
2. All product must be new, sealed in the box.
3. All returns are subject to the manufacturer’s returned goods policy and a minimum 20% restocking charge or the manufacturer’s restocking fee, which may be more than 20%.

Ordering / Shipping Error
Items ordered or shipped in error may be returned provided:
1. Customer service is notified within (10) days of receipt of merchandise
2. Returns must be received within twenty-one (21) days of initial shipment and products must be in original, unopened, undamaged cases, suitable for immediate resale.

Error Or Damage In Shipment:
We use the greatest possible care in packing our shipments. Notification by customer must be made to our customer service department with 72 hours of delivery in order to receive full credit for any product error, damage or loss occurring in transit. Claims for damage can only be honored after the carrier has inspected the original packaging and merchandise. Customer service will arrange for the return or destruction of all merchandise at no charge to the customer.

If the product should become defective within the warranty period, please contact Brera Medical Customer Service at 888-580-1233 for repair or replacement via Depot Repair Service. Brera Medical reserves the right to replace a defective product with the most comparable product currently available.

This warranty does not cover products damaged by the following: - Accident, misuse, abuse or alteration - Servicing by unauthorized persons - Use with unauthorized accessories - Connecting to incorrect current and voltage - Any other conditions beyond our control

BRERA MEDICAL, INC. SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

This warranty gives you, as the customer, specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations and exclusions may or may not apply to you.
